The existing St Kilda pier is approaching the end of its design life, Parks Victoria has been asked by the State Government to develop a concept design for a new St Kilda Pier, including the replacement of the old boardwalk in the Little Penguin viewing area.
Earthcare St Kilda is working closely with Parks Victoria to ensure that this project delivers the best possible outcome for the Little Penguin colony and addresses all of the weaknesses of the existing public viewing arrangements.
