Due to the outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), health authorities have advised that all non-essential, organised public gatherings of 500 or more people should be cancelled from Monday 16 March 2020.
In line with this, Parks Victoria has installed temporary fencing preventing access onto the breakwater until further notice.
Our first priority is the safety of everyone including our visitors, staff, volunteers and members of the local community.
